What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
For existing tooling models with custom logo / canvas colors, our MOQ is 10 units (or consolidated trial orders). Full container pricing applies to 20ft (~36 units) and 40HQ (~100 units). For deep R&D custom toolings, MOQ will be determined by tooling amortization.
Can we order a single evaluation sample first?
Yes. We strongly support sample testing. Evaluation samples are typically produced and tested in 10–14 days and shipped via air express or LCL sea freight. The sample cost difference is credited back against your first 40HQ container order.
How does your factory solve internal condensation?
We employ a dual engineering approach: an integrated high-density 3D condensation mat beneath the mattress combined with thermal-break structural aluminum profiles, avoiding moisture buildup during severe overnight temperature swings.
What are your typical production lead times?
Standard trial orders and 20ft containers are completed within 30–35 days. Repeat 40HQ container orders are delivered within 40–45 days. Our daily capacity reaches 100 units/day (~1 container per shift).
