Programmable digital heat, speed, and pressure controllers bond thermo-fusible polyurethane tape directly over stitch lines, completely barring water ingress under 3,500mm hydraulic pressure.

Dedicated hydraulic cycle test bench subjects random lot nitrogen struts to 20,000 continuous compression-rebound cycles in cold (-20°C) and hot (+60°C) simulated chambers without pressure loss.
